Due to the efforts of our volunteers and the wonderful items, our silent auction was a sight to behold! There as a lot of excitement around the table and your donation helped generate that excitement. The Carlsbad Golf Classic raised over $24,000! The funds will be used to support the endowment campaign. The Carlsbad Golf Classic is just one of the signature events sponsored by Kids Are Worth A Million. For your information our next upcoming event is the Kids Are Worth A Million Telethon with the theme ‘Hollywood Salutes Education’ and will be broadcast live from Carlsbad High School on March 23, 2006. The proceeds from all our events benefit the students in the Carlsbad Unified School District. Currently we support programs in Science, Technology, Arts and Reading.
