Holiday Travel of America - Compliment Letter Archives January 27, 2002 Thank you dear Estela, I do want to say… it is REALLY refreshing to deal with someone like you… You are so good at keeping me posted, and I would rather deal with you than anyone I have ever dealt with in this industry… And I’ve dealt with quite a few really nice travel people… My school has it’s own hospitality department and we turn out a number of travel agents every graduation. I kind of look at you as a personal vacation consultant. I do hope you take this as a compliment, because it is meant as such (and I have a fantastic ability to stick my foot in my mouth – except for those who learn to read between the toes) Keep me posted, if you will, and PLEASE feel free to make suggestions.
